Ka Lumi Wa'a (The Canoe Suite)

This suite gives you the opportunity to view waterfalls cascading from the Makaleha Mountain tops while lying in bed. Ka Lumi Wa'a also has a private deck with a large Jacuzzi for your enjoyment.

Its decor features Hawaiian art and collectibles such as the beautifully hand carved canoe made of solid koa and milo woods, authentic koa canoe paddles and a Hawaiian fishing display.

Ka Lumi Wa'a is comfortably furnished with a California king pillow top bed and dressed in a Colonial style bed frame with matching night stands. The suite also has a colonial style armoire with large color television and VHS designed with a pull out television stand that can be positioned so that you may watch your favorite show while sitting in the Jacuzzi. The final touches to this very spacious room are an elegant sofa loveseat, twelve foot long full length mirrored closet, ceiling fan and air-conditioning. The master bathroom is designed with a solome marble, brass fixtures and slate floors. Ka Lumi Wa'a is our finest.

Ka Lumi Kahiko (The Ancient Suite)

Decorated in royal Hawaiian blue and in honor of the great musical duo, (Grand-Parents) Tutu Wahine Leilani, and Tutu Kane Kaniela, who for many malihini (visitor) newlyweds dating back to the early 1950s performed the Hawaiian Wedding Song “Ke Kali Nei Au”, Ka Lumi Kahiko displays, their Hawaiian musical instruments with honor.

Equipped with a Breccia Oniciatta full marble bath and polished brass fixtures, Ka Lumi Kahiko is comfortably furnished with a California king pillow top bed, full length mirrored closet, oak and koa bedroom furniture, 27 inch color television with VHS, ceiling fan and air-conditioning. This suite has mountain and waterfall views.

Ka Lumi Manu (The Bird Suite)

Ka Lumi Manu features art of native Hawaiian birds that are near extinction and old Hawaii memorabilia present you the feeling of lodging within a tropical forest.

Ka Lumi Manu is comfortably furnished with 2 oak framed full size beds; a full length mirrored closet, oak bedroom furniture, 27 inch color television with VHS and air-conditioning. Ka Lumi Manu shares the common Breccia Oniciatta full marble bath with Ka Lumi Kahiko.

All beds are dressed in fine Egyptian cotton sheets, and offer both foam & goose down feathered pillows for maximum relaxation & comfort assured.

Hale O' Wailele's Living area is complemented with a leather sofa seating arrangement and an exquisite Prussian rug. Vaulted ceilings and pecan hardwood floors run throughout the house and suites. A beautiful custom made mahogany entertainment system contains a 60 inch color television, VHS / DVD and stereo system. The living area is also equipped with a ceiling fan and air-conditioning.

The living and dining area look out through twelve feet of sliding glass doors at the breathtaking Makaleha Mountains and the lava rock waterfall swimming pool.

The modern kitchen/dining area have granite counter tops, oak cabinetry, and slate floors. It includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee/espresso maker, and an assortment of dishes and cooking utensils. The dining area features a hand carved Rosewood dining table and a collection of Hawaiian heirloom Ni'ihau shell necklaces which are showcased in an elegant glass wall case.

Attached is a lanai/deck area with outdoor furniture a lava rock BBQ pit and a full size second Jacuzzi.

Unobstructed views of the Koi fish pond, swimming pool area and the majestic Mount Waialeale sits in the distance. This setting is also an ideal location to host an intimate wedding ceremony. "Wedding Sites Available"

Note: When Hale O' Wailele is booked as an exclusive one suite vacation rental, Ka Lumi Kahiko & Ka Lumi Manu the other suites located on the opposite side of the home are locked off.

3 Suites / 2 Baths / House - $400 per night
